For most Sydney sites we provide a written quote within 24 hours of the on-site assessment. Standard offices and ad-hoc residential cleans can be quoted over the phone immediately on 0485 017 800. For larger, multi-floor, or specialist sites (medical, childcare, food service) we conduct a 20-minute on-site walk-through first and return the written quote the following business day.

Yes — every quote and on-site assessment is free and carries no obligation. We do not charge for travel, the walk-through, or the written quote regardless of whether you proceed.

To prepare an accurate quote we need: property address, type of site (office, medical, childcare, etc.), approximate square metres or number of rooms, desired cleaning frequency (daily / weekly / fortnightly / ad-hoc), preferred service hours, and any specialist requirements (compliance, products, access). All of this can be discussed during the on-site assessment.

Yes. All cleaning chemicals, microfibres, vacuums, mop systems, and standard equipment are included in the quoted price. Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel, and bin liners are typically supplied by the client at cost, though we can source these for you if preferred. Specialist disinfectants for medical or childcare sites are included.

For straightforward properties under 200 m² we can quote over the phone using your description and photos. For larger commercial sites we strongly recommend the free on-site assessment so the quote is accurate. Phone quotes are indicative and may be revised after the first visit if conditions differ materially.
