A simple 300 m² office cleaned weekly is far cheaper per visit than a 300 m² medical centre cleaned daily with TGA-listed disinfectants. We quote each site individually.
Is there a minimum charge for a single cleaning visit?▾
For ad-hoc and one-off commercial cleaning visits in Sydney, our minimum charge is typically $150 to cover travel, setup, and standard scope. For regular contract clients, no per-visit minimum applies — pricing reflects the agreed monthly schedule.
Do you require a lock-in contract?▾
No. Every EverClean commercial cleaning contract is month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We earn your business with consistent quality, not with locked terms. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first month, we will return and re-clean at no charge or release you from the contract immediately.
Are products and equipment included in the price?▾
Yes. All cleaning chemicals, microfibres, mop systems, vacuums, and standard equipment are supplied by EverClean and included in the quoted price. Specialist consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and bin liners can be supplied at cost on request — many clients prefer to source these directly.

Standard commercial terms are net-14 days from invoice. Larger corporate and government clients can request net-30. Residential and one-off cleans are payable on completion. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and EFT. Invoices are issued monthly for regular contracts.
